Brayden Doyle improved to 26-2 after two wins Thursday night.

Charleston’s Robert Rigg needed less than 40 total seconds to record two pins Thursday night as the Trojans split dual meets against Rantoul and Oakwood.

The Trojans beat Rantoul, 54-15, and then lost to Oakwood, 53-20, to move to 6-9 overall this season.

Rigg pinned his opponent 10 seconds into his match at 285 pounds against Rantoul and then posted a pin 28 seconds into his match against Oakwood.

Trey Pearcy, meanwhile, recorded two technical falls in the second period, going ahead by 15 points against both of his opponents at 132 pounds to improve to 26-1.

Brayden Doyle (26-2) needed just nine seconds for a pin against Oakwood and also beat his Rantoul opponent 16-3 at 195 pounds.

in other matches against Rantoul, Alaynia Bryant won, 6-5, at 126 pounds and Timothy Ratliff posted a pin with 28 seconds left in his 145-pound match. Bryant also posted an 8-2 win against Oakwood.
