Shea Littleford scored 25 points to lift Charleston past Park Heritage, 52-41, in a consolation game at the North American Lighting Thanksgiving girls basketball tournament on Saturday.

Charleston outscored Park Heritage 11-8 in the second quarter to brush aside a one-point deficit through one quarter and go ahead 22-20 at halftime.

The Trojans slowly edged ahead in the second half despite having missed 20 of 30 free-throw attempts throughout the game. Littleford converted seven of 12 free-throw attempts, while the rest of the team made just three of 18.

Alycia Triplett scored nine points for Charleston, followed by Delaney Meister with six points. Erin Blair and Maggie Goetten each added five.

Charleston (2-2) plays host to Monticello for a 6 p.m. game next Tuesday at Baker Gym.
