The Charleston High School wrestling team competed in an all-girls tournament on Wednesday. The Trojans finished 11th out of 36 teams with 52 points at the Crimson Ladies Holiday Invite at Jacksonville High School.

Charleston was led by Alaynia Bryant’s second-place finish in the 125-pound weight class. Bryant was 2-1 overall. At 190 pounds, Katana Tibbs placed fourth overall with a 1-2 finish. At 145 pounds, Mackensie Williams wrestled her way to fifth place with a 4-1 record. Morgan Smallhorn (125 pounds) went 1-2 on the day while Sunny Hughes was 0-2 at 155 pounds.

The team is back in action on January 4th at home against Olney East Richland.
