Charleston High School junior Alaynia Bryant won the IWCOA State tournament on Saturday. Bryant did not compete for the high school team, but will be a senior next season with plans to wrestle.

Bryant’s older sister, Maddi, the first female state qualifier in school history, won her bracket in the high school division at the Illinois Girls Folkstyle State Championships in Oswego.
