Charleston senior Shae Littleford has been named a first team selection to the Associated Press All-State girls basketball team.

Littleford, a 5-foot-7 guard, averaged 24.6 points per game to break Charleston’s all-time scoring record this past season and to help the Trojans finish the season 15-0. Littleford (above) also averaged 4.5 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 3.4 steals to earn all-state status for the fourth straight season.

Mattoon’s Mallory Ramage, who averaged 23.4 points and 7.3 rebounds a game last season for the Green Wave, was named to the second team. The 5-9 guard made 51.7 percent of her field goals and 32.1 percent of 3-point attempts, plus she averaged 2.3 steals and 2.4 assists. Mattoon finished 8-6.

Lincoln freshman Kloe Froebe also earned a spot on the first team.
